Our commitment to a sustainable tomorrow 

We live in a period of unprecedented change and innovation, where markets and technologies are evolving rapidly, and adapting to climate change is becoming increasingly urgent. At OMP, we have long since redefined our business approach and are committed to continuously acting for the climate and the community.

We invest in the research and development of advanced technologies to improve the performance of our products and we seek innovative solutions that require less plastic and increase our use of materials with a low environmental impact.

We optimise our production processes by integrating them with resource circularity to minimise waste and greenhouse gas emissions.

We produce a significant part of our energy from renewable sources and feed the surplus clean energy into the national grid, which contributes to our country’s sustainable energy.

We constantly monitor the environmental impact of our activities and we have developed a supply chain that favours European suppliers to reduce long-distance transport and support the national economy. While we work with strategic partners in other regions of the world, over 90% of our suppliers are located in Europe, which reflects our commitment to a sustainable supply chain.

Human capital is our most precious asset. We promote inclusion and diversity, enhance skills through continuous training and ensure working conditions that are healthy and safe.

We actively work together with our employees and co-workers, integrating our value chain and involving local communities, to make a significant contribution to the well-being of nature and people.
